Answer the call, commit to and trust the process. You will never feel absolutely ready, yet the desire to explore a teacher training is a deep call from within that you are ready to dive into a process of self-inquiry and discovery. Practice, listen, ask questions and know that your YTT journey is guiding you to connect to your true nature and the most luminous aspects of your radical, radiant, unique Self.
Kristen (E-RYT200 and yoga life coach) offers teacher trainings and mentorship, women’s yoga programs, private yoga instruction, guided meditations, workshops and international retreats, hike/yoga sessions and much more. She’s located in Canmore, AB but has been known to wander.
Once you’ve made the decision to do a YTT, commit fully. Give yourself the gift of true presence throughout the course of the training and trust that the process will provide you with exactly what you need. A YTT is a journey of self-discovery and I’ve found that the people who get the most out of a YTT program are the ones who invest their hearts in the course work.
This is Kristen’s second tip in the 108 YTT Tips series. Check out her first one here.
